A happy little pancake maker...

.Drinking a lovely cup of Paris tea right now. My favorite.*smile*

Lately i’ve really been enjoying cooking and baking. Which is kind of weird for me cause i don’t do it a whole lot. I can’t say i’m wonderful at it, but hey, it’s fun. A couple days ago i decided to make some pancakes. I thought i would share the recipe with you.

~Sweet Milk Pancakes~

2 cups flour

4 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

4 Tbsp. sugar

2 eggs

2 cups milk

4 Tbsp. cooking oil

*Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in large bowl. In another bowl beat eggs well. Add milk and oil and beat well. Make a well in dry ingredients and gradually stir in liquid ingredients, mixing until smooth. Heat skillet on high with 1-2 Tbsp. cooking oil. Spoon batter into skillet to form 4-inch pancakes. I really do love pancakes. A lot. Especially with peanut butter and nutella on them.
